Schedule of Activities

10:00 AM Enjoy Crafts, Games, Balloon Creations, and Refreshments

10:30 AM Egg Hunt Registration Closes, Easter Egg Hunt begins! Rules of the Egg Hunt (see below)

10:30-10:45: YELLOW GROUP (0-1 year olds)

10:45-11:05: RED GROUP (2-3 year olds)

11:05-11:25: BLUE GROUP (4-6 year olds)

11:25-11:35: GREEN GROUP (7-9 year olds)

11:35-11:45: PURPLE GROUP (10-11 year olds)

11:50 AM Closing/Raffle Baskets Giveaway

12:00 PM End of Event! Thank you for coming!!

EGG HUNT GENERAL RULES

1) Let’s be safe – Try not to run too fast or hurt others!

2) Let’s be nice – Try not to fight over the eggs.

3) Every child will collect 15 eggs each.

There are enough eggs for everyone!

4) Please keep an eye and ear out when your color group and subgroup letter is called so you don’t miss your egg hunt.

IMPORTANT NOTES

* Please note that candy distributed may contain allergens.

There is a “Trade in Bucket” at the Refreshments table

where children may exchange candy for non-allergen containing prizes.

* If you forgot to bring a basket, collection bags can be decorated at the crafts station area.

* Every child must have an appropriate colored bracelet and complete a waiver form in order to participate in the egg hunt.

* Please recycle your plastic eggs!

Recycling bins are located at the egg hunt exit.
